Process to Success

1. Discover & Brief

เริ่มจากการพูดคุยและสำรวจหน้างาน เพื่อทำความเข้าใจเป้าหมาย ไลฟ์สไตล์ หรือตัวเลขทางธุรกิจที่ต้องการ รวมถึงข้อจำกัดด้านงบประมาณ พื้นที่ และเวลา จากนั้นสรุปเป็น design brief ร่วมกันให้ชัดเจน

2. Concept & Direction

ทีมดีไซน์สร้าง concept และ mood & tone ที่สอดคล้องกับตัวตนเจ้าของและแบรนด์ นำเสนอแปลนเบื้องต้น ภาพ reference และแนวทางวัสดุ เพื่อให้เห็นภาพรวมของสเปซตั้งแต่ต้น และเปิดโอกาสให้ลูกค้า feedback อย่างละเอียด

3. Detail Drawings & Technical

พัฒนาแบบสถาปัตยกรรม ภายใน และระบบต่าง ๆ (Structure / MEP) ให้ครบถ้วน จัดทำแบบก่อสร้างและแบบรายละเอียด (shop drawing) เพื่อให้ทีมช่างสามารถทำงานตามดีไซน์ได้อย่างแม่นยำ ลดการแก้งานหน้างาน

4. Cost & Timeline Management

จัดทำ BOQ รายละเอียดค่าใช้จ่าย แบ่งเป็นเฟสอย่างชัดเจน พร้อมวาง Construction Timeline VEW ช่วยให้ลูกค้าเห็นภาพทั้งงบประมาณและระยะเวลางาน ตั้งแต่ก่อนเริ่มลงมือ เพื่อใช้ตัดสินใจและวางแผนการเงินได้อย่างมั่นใจ

5. Build, Supervision & Handover

ควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง ตรวจงานคุณภาพวัสดุและงานช่าง ณ หน้างานอย่างต่อเนื่อง อัปเดตความคืบหน้าให้ลูกค้าทราบเป็นระยะ จนถึงวันส่งมอบงานจริง พร้อมตรวจเช็กจุดย่อยร่วมกัน และให้คำแนะนำการดูแลรักษาสเปซในระยะยาว
